Manuel Serrano is a full time researcher at INRIA
(Institut national de la recherche en informatique
et automatique). He is one of the editors of the
Revised 6 Report on Scheme. He has been working
on Scheme since 1990. First, he had studied the
efficient compilation of Scheme. Manuel Serrano is
the implementor of Bigloo, one of the fastest Scheme
implementation currently available. Then he had
studied object oriented programming in Scheme. His
recent studies focus on the use of Scheme for
programming the Web.
